Terms of Service

01 Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set the conditions for using MARONII WEBHOOK TERMINAL ("Service"). Please use the Service only after agreeing to these Terms.
02 Service Overview
This Service is technical infrastructure that relays and delivers signal information managed by the user (e.g. TradingView alert payloads) to the user-managed MT4/MT5 (MetaTrader) or cTrader environment. Order execution is performed by the EA on the user MT terminal, or by cBot / FIX relay on cTrader.
We do not obtain broker account information, open positions, balances, trade history, or any other trading/account data from your MT4/MT5. We do not provide features that read account or position data from MetaTrader.
We do not provide trading signals, copy trading, investment advice, or discretionary account management.
The EA (Expert Advisor) and cTrader cBot we distribute are connectivity tools that execute signals received through this Service on MT5 / MT4 / cTrader. They do not embed third-party strategy logic or signals.
03 Use of TradingView Strategies and EA
User Responsibility
- •Design and manage alert conditions, Pine strategies, order details, lot size, and symbols at your own responsibility.
- •Users are responsible for verifying compliance with prop-firm, broker, and exchange rules and restrictions. We do not guarantee compliance with any third-party rules.
Allowed Use
- ✓Execution support for strategies/alerts that the user personally creates, understands, and manages.
- ✓EA use where the user self-adjusts parameters and operation.
Prohibited Trading Use
- ✕Using the Service to relay/reproduce third-party signals or trades as-is (including signal providers, Telegram/Discord channels, other traders, paid/free EA vendors, etc.).
- ✕Using our EA as a black-box strategy where many users execute identical trades without their own setup and adjustments.
- ✕Use for methods prohibited by trading providers, such as prop-firm rule evasion, latency arbitrage, or tick scalping.
- ✕Delegating account operation to a third party (manual or automated).
Relationship with Prop Firms and Brokers
- •We are not an official partner of any specific prop firm (except where explicitly stated as an affiliate on our site).
- •We do not guarantee that this Service is always permitted on any specific prop-firm account. If uncertain, confirm with that provider in advance.
04 Disclaimer
We assume no responsibility for trading outcomes resulting from use of this Service. FX/CFD trading involves risk of principal loss.
We are not liable for damages caused by outages, delays, or interruptions of the Service.
Users use the Service at their own discretion and responsibility.
05 General Prohibitions
- ✕Using the Service for illegal purposes
- ✕Unauthorized access to other user accounts
- ✕Actions that place excessive load on the Service
- ✕Sharing webhook tokens with third parties without permission
- ✕Reverse-engineering the Service
- ✕Any acts falling under "Prohibited Trading Use" in Section 3
- ✕Unauthorized re-publication/sharing of third-party webhook URLs, tokens, or signal feeds
- ✕Offering/intermediating this Service as a signal distribution or copy-trading service
06 X Share Program
Participation is optional. If enabled, one latest transmission log, site-intro text, and a designated URL may be posted automatically once per day from your linked X (Twitter) account. Symbol/strategy names may appear on X.
Automatic posting requires OAuth connection to X API (post/read scopes). Tokens are stored encrypted and usage stops when the program is disabled or connection is removed.
Post time can be selected in settings from 08:00 / 12:00 / 16:00 / 20:00 JST (default: 08:00). One post is attempted each day in the selected time window.
Post content/frequency may change or stop due to technical constraints or X API limitations. Users can disable the program anytime.
07 LINE Signal Notifications
This feature is optional. For PLUS / PREMIUM users with LINE linked, notifications may be sent on TradingView webhook receipt and MT5 / MT4 / cTrader signal pickup. Notifications may include symbol, side, and size.
LINE Login (OAuth) and LINE Messaging API are used for this integration. You can disconnect anytime in settings. Please also review LINE terms and privacy policy.
08 Affiliate Program
We offer an optional affiliate program that pays referral rewards when users purchase PLUS / PREMIUM via your referral link. Rates vary by cumulative paid referrals (rank) and differ between first and recurring payments.
Recurring-payment rewards remain eligible for up to 24 months from each referred user first purchase date. If self-referral, fake signups via bots, or other fraudulent reward activity is detected, rewards may be canceled and accounts suspended.
Payouts are sent to the PayPal email address configured by the user. The minimum payout amount is ¥5,000. Restrictions under PayPal terms, international transfer fees, and FX loss are borne by the user.
09 Multi-Account Delivery
- •Multi-account delivery lets a single user fan out the same signals from a master connection to multiple MT4/MT5 / cTrader accounts they operate. It is not intended for copy-trading services or distributing signals to third parties.
- •Each linked account receives its own connection token (TOKEN). Set each TOKEN only in MetaTrader EA or cTrader cBot environments that you personally control. Use on third-party accounts, delegated management, or sharing/lending/redistributing tokens is prohibited (see also Prohibited Trading Use and General Prohibitions).
- •Because we do not collect account or position data, linked-account attribution is based on your declaration and configuration. You bear full responsibility for its accuracy and legality.
- •If we suspect delivery to third-party accounts, use as copy-trading or signal distribution, or other violations of these Terms, we may remove linked accounts or suspend accounts without prior notice.
10 Account Management
Users are responsible for securely managing account passwords and webhook tokens. We reserve the right to suspend accounts if unauthorized use is detected.
11 Privacy
This Service uses Supabase to manage user data. We collect and store only Service account information (e.g. email, username) and logs of signals (alerts) relayed by the user. We do not collect MT account numbers, positions, balances, fill history, or similar broker/account data. Personal data is not provided to third parties except where required by law.
12 Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms when necessary. Continued use of the Service after changes are made is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
