How to use
What do I need to do to start automated trading?+
Three main steps: 1) Create a connection on the dashboard 2) Set Webhook URL and message in TradingView alerts 3) Paste the connection token into MT5 / MT4 / cTrader / KabuStation and enable it.
Do I need coding knowledge?+
No. Follow the dashboard setup guide. The main tasks are pasting TradingView alert messages and configuring the EA token.
Can I start quickly?+
Yes — often the same day: create an account, create a connection, set up alerts, and connect the EA / cBot / Agent.
What is the difference between Strategy mode and Indicator mode?+
Strategy mode relays TradingView strategy alerts as-is. Indicator mode maps custom alerts to MT actions via alert/order connections (PLUS / PREMIUM, or during FREE trial).
What is alert/order mapping useful for?+
You can aggregate multiple alerts into one EA. Split entry and exit alerts while using a single receiver.
How does multi-account broadcast work?+
Keep one master Webhook URL and set per-account tokens on each MT EA to receive the same signals in parallel. Multi-account broadcast is available on PREMIUM (and during an active FREE trial).
What happens after the FREE trial ends?+
Webhook relay and strategy operation stop, and strategies are removed. You can still browse and use affiliate features.
Pricing
What is the difference between FREE and paid plans?+
FREE includes a trial with upper-tier features. After the trial, operational features stop. PLUS / PREMIUM are for ongoing use.
Which plan should I choose?+
PLUS is for up to 3 connections with Trade Center, indicators, and KabuStation. PREMIUM adds a higher connection limit (5) and multi-account fan-out.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?+
Features are the same; only the billing cycle differs. Yearly is cheaper on a monthly basis.
How are billing currency and USD display handled?+
You are billed in JPY. USD is a reference conversion, not the settlement currency.
What happens if payment fails?+
Relay may stop depending on payment status. Update your PayPal payment method and wait for status to refresh.
